We are thrilled to announce that Passmores has joined the Made in Britain manufacturing community.

As a British company founded in 1909, we have been manufacturing quality timber structures for over 100 years and in joining the “Made In Britain” community we hope to further highlight our British roots.

Thanks to this accreditation, we at Passmores are making it clear to our customers that all our quality timber buildings are manufactured in Britain to the very highest standards, in our factory in Strood, Kent. This mark establishes the integrity, care, and strict quality control that we put into each of our products, especially our timber garages that are in constant high demand. It also reassures our customers that they are ordering a British made product of the finest levels of craftsmanship.

Additional benefits of this accreditation include:

  • Passmores can now access the complete suite of Made in Britain Marks for all marketing literature, packaging and signage. This includes our license to use this protected mark.
  • We can add our products to Made in Britain’s searchable products directory.
  • Our business will receive a dedicated company profile page in the online Made in Britain Member’s Directory so people seeking British made products can learn more about Passmores.

Stuart Slaughter, Managing Director of Passmores said; “We are delighted to have secured accreditation for Made in Britain, as this further showcases our dedication to producing the finest quality prefab garages, workshops and pavilions for our customers. There are a number of imported products on the market that do not have the same level of build quality or materials as ours. We’ve built our reputation on quality British manufacturing, backed up by exceptional levels of service, and we continue to reinforce this to the same high standards that were established 110 years ago when Passmores first started.”
